Of course, I have given you credit and linked to your page. If for any reason you don't want it published any longer, just send me a message and I'll delete it pronto. Thanks, and congratulations! Your art is beautiful. Please note: If you don't see your art right away on my blog, it is probably still in the queue and has yet to be posted.

Oh, great ... There's a second book!
I loved the first one and my head canon actress for Angel was Madeline Brewer from OITNB, so it's kinda awesome that this illustration looks so much like her in the profile.

Amazing work!

The details in this absolutely amazing! The spent toilet paper roll... the TP and other detritus on the floor... The rust and graffiti... I am a huge fan of grunge and this is definitely grunge! It's very real. And the girl... Wow. I love her expression so much! It's clear she's gone through some shit but we're getting a glimpse of her when she gets to relax, even if just for as long as it takes to smoke that cigarette.

Is it just coincidence how similar this hairstyle is to the girl's in Urban Huntress and Forged in Fire?

Outstanding. There's even an authentic anarchy sign on the wall. You must know the old "punk" movement.

Oh, European here - spent a lot of time all over Europe, both East (former communist block) and Germany and the UK... people in all these places knew about it... I guess it's historical circumstances (the rebellion against communism, and all the stuff happening in the other two countries around 90s - I mean the (A) symbol was used as late as the British student riots of 2010, I think). I am also relatively young and my friends alike (been born in the early 90s). It is somewhat weird how me and people around me, as removed from the source of knowledge, would know more about it than Americans... huh.

It also makes it very sad for people not to get simple references like the (V) sign in V for Vendetta and other intra-cultural texts.

Yes, punk-rockers don't get as much credit as they deserve for having a huge impact on popular culture. For example, our "slam-dancing" became the modern mosh pit adopted by any kind of intense music, especially, metal. Punk fashion morphed into Gothic fashion, and punk helped propel getting tattoos into the mainstream. Now, MOST people I know have at least one tattoo.

I had a DK (Dead Kennedys) symbol on my trenchcoat when I was 18. When I was at a friend's house, a neighbor saw it. She told somebody else she saw a guy with a satanic symbol on his coat!!!!!!

Oh wow, that is hilarious and horrible at the same time! Yes, punk has impacted not just America but Europe as well, and it's sad how ignorant people can be about that. I like how I can see it reappearing in the underground fashions - look at LGBT (in Europe at least) new trends, they are reviving it.

*It's aliiiiiiveeeee...*

Wonderful job. I love badass women who aren't overly sexualized and whose proportions are believable. Strong, hardcore women are definitely sexy :)
As a woman, I kind of want to be her!
Great job on the perspective, details, environment, shading, etc.
